Our read

The Jump/Multi colorway represents the earlier, higher-stack generation of the Xplor Gravel, prioritizing plush cushioning and longer-run comfort over the lighter, more responsive feel of the newer stack-height version. It suits runners who want a soft, protective ride for mixed road-to-trail outings rather than technical terrain or speed work.

Ride

Softer and more cushioned than the newer Xplor Gravel version, with a taller 38.5mm/32.5mm stack designed for comfort over longer distances rather than ground feel or agility.

Fit

Standard fit reported by most, though at least one reviewer found the upper too loose and overly stretchy, especially when wet, which limits lace-lock security.

Best for

Door-to-trail runners and those doing longer, easy-paced runs on gravel roads or mild trails who prioritize cushioning over responsiveness.

Avoid if

Avoid if you need a waterproof shoe, a snug locked-down upper, or a shoe suited to technical or wet technical terrain—independent feedback flags upper stretch in wet conditions and no water resistance.
